Increase in employment opportunities
As globalization increase more and more companies are setting their business in other countries. This help in to increase the employment opportunities. People getting good job in their own country for example many multinational companies like google,toyota etc set up in india and many indian people are work in them.
Education
As the increase of globalization many people have the opportunity to go different part of the world for studying to acquire better education. This interaction is culture interaction in this people moving from undeveloped countries to developed countries for better education.

As the result of globalization information flow from one part of the world to the the other part of the world immediately, resulting the world is tied together. virtual information can be share between individual or business companies at the very fast rate.

Now days people can access the best quality of goods and services across the world. For example some online websites provide you which items which is not found in india you can buy these goods or items from your home.
Reduction in culture barrier
When people go from one place to another or from one country to other country then they face the new culture and after some time he will be familiar with the new culture after some time . similarly people know the different culture due to globalization which show that globalization help in to reduce the culture barriers .
DISADVANTAGES
Environment degradation
Development countries can take advantage of undeveloped country because in undeveloped countries their is no rules and regulation regarding environment due to this the companies from developed country set up their factories and these factory waste is come in environment and make the environment degradation.
Unfair working condition
In undeveloped countries the big MNC set their factory due to unemployment the peoples are ready to work at low cost and more time because undeveloped country do not have a particular law regarding these problem some they also use the child labour.
Small scale industries face problem
Small companies do not have the power or resources as compared to the multinational industries . As a result small industries are unable to compete with MNC industries.
Rapid spread of different diseases
Different types of STD's diseases , deadly diseases like AID's or other Communicable diseases can spread at very fast rate pace via traveller or due to other means as direct consequence of globalization.
